i need to find a new liery yard asap as i have been give my marching orders. no idea why all i was told is its not personal and the YM will happily give referances.

Honestly dont have a clue what ive done (obviously haev done something!!)
But I need to get my girls away asap

i need a diy yard anywhere in the hastings area. i have 1 horse and 2 pet goats. goats are tethered as this is what they are used to (had no choice when they aere babies as i lived by a busy road and had them at home).

im not worried why right now (ill wonder why later) I just need to find a new yard for my girls

im happy travelling a bit for the right yard though

if anyone knows id be sooo greatful

Just read through an old thread of yours, sorry to hear it sounds like the issues were not sorted. Good luck with finding a new place.
 
i thought things had settled being honest. i had planned to start looking for somewhere new in the summer. i didnt expect a call last night saying a pack of lies (again the i dont give my animals water, theyd be dead if i didnt!!)

it kicked off again because i dared to complain. stupid me for saying when something wasnt right. as in my horses health and saftey was in dispute.

my mare is an anglo arab i think. ive had her since she was 5 months old, she 19 this year. shes my baby through and through. there are 2 of us in the yard a young lad who has a very hardy native type pony. he put his horse out at night without discussing it with me first so we could work together (this is what we had spoken about and agreed). he then got my horse in and left her alone in a stable all night. i found her the next day dripping with sweat and looking like she was about to explode ith the stress of it all.
i had to have her out at night from the begining of march. obviously shes been rugged up at night but shes exhausted. the pony is tired but hes ok. my poor mare is a wreck. i asked the owner of we culd sort out a plan that we could work to. obviousy this wasnt exceptable!

this wasnt the reason last night. all she said was its obviously not working, thers seems to always be something im not happy with (totally not true, theres loads that has annoyed me but ive kept quiet so this wouldnt happen. i could leave on my terms!)
and my goats didnt have any water ever. if they didnt theyd be dead. simple as that as they are having to be in until the weather is nicer. they are let out to play when im there though. i must admit i hate this but its just winter time method. summer is way way better.

ive had nothing but trouble since i went there. ive never had issues like this at any other yard.

i just need to get my baby out asap as shes sooo miserable :(

Your horse is exhausted at being out all night? But that is normal and most would kill for the opportunity for 24/7 turnout... Sounds like maybe you would be better renting your own place so only you are dealing with your animals. I am with the YO - it does sound like you aren't giving enough food or water. Why couldn't you have just given more hay and water - it certainly couldn't have done your horse any harm...

Perhaps, living abroad for so long you don't realise how much people here care for animals. Your horse may not be losing weight or dying as they are gorging when turned out. But being stood for 10+ hours without food or water isn't acceptable by anyone's standards.
