sorry guys bit of advise i have a 6 year old gelding i feel that i am wonky when i sit on him i slightly lean to the right i have tried number of exercises found nothing to help, and i have a feeling it is rubbing of on nobby (horse) he has started to resist the bit and also not bananaing the right way he will bend the wrong way while going round the school.

i am at breaking point i feel like a useless mum and want my boy to do more

saddle has been fitted recently, i should go to chiro but soo much money.

but pilates sounds good hmm thanks i will give it a go

Lunge lessons! I sit to the right and grip with the inside of my left leg. I had a lunge lesson with no reins and no stirrups and it helped me no end.
 
I used to to this and my at the time (very strict) instructor used to make me wear a top/ sweater with a zip up the middle so i could tell if your zip was too far left/right in relation to the horses neck bend then so was i.
 
I do this a little bit too due to wonky back. I had a lesson from a ride with your mind instructor and it was fantastic. She really helped me to feel straight for the first time in years. It was very hard work though. Also ditto chiropractor and pilates. I think you can now get some chiro treatment on nhs if have back pain.
