Help!? Insurance advice needed

Hi, this is my first time getting insurance and it stated to pay monthly or in one lump sum. I went through the whole purchase and at the end it said 'confirm that £369.94 will be taken from your account' There seemed to be no pay monthly option or box to click, if I click accept will it then let me choose whether to pay monthly or will all the money just leave my bank account? Thankyou for any help x

That sounds like it will go as a lump sum. I'd try again and make sure you check any boxes for paying monthly and if you get the same result, ring the help line. Or just ring the help line. Depending on your patience with 'putters.

I would go with lump sum payment anyway - its cheaper and some dodgy companies might refuse to pay out for a claim on the basis you haven't paid the full premium yet.
