Help! - International Horse Transport!

Hey, I am bringing my horse over to England from Poland this summer, and I am so stuck, basically what I would like advise on:
1) The actual tansport, like does any one recommend a company that does this kind of thing???
2) What sort of jabs do I need to give my horse!

Any help would be great, or just some sort of consellation !!!

Contact Pedens Blood stock services they are excellent. it is about 5 years since i transported horses in/out of poland and i know at the time we needed a "coggins" test...basically a blood test. not sure if its still necessary but pedens did all the paperwork etc for us and were great. at the time we were travelling all the border controls were in place and it was horrendous trying to get in and out with horses but there is no problems now.
