I have come to the conclusion that i must sell one of the boys. I just haven't got the time to dedicate to two youngsters- and I can't afford to pay for help and eveb though I have advertised for anyone who want to learn more to come and help - i've had no interest.

So Pony 1.
Fiddleywood steely Knight
24 Month old Colt.
Fully Registered NF Pony.
Very easy to do- not colty- living with a gelding.
Excellent show record- always in the top 4 no matter the size of class.
Easy to catch (canters to you in the field) really funny and a great friend- I've had him since he was 9 months BUT he is only 13hh at the moment and is unlikely to make more than 13.2hh. Unfased by anything at all! Probably the easier to break out of the two of them.

Pony 2. Merlin
25 month old Gelding
Blagdon cob cross Appaloosa
Canters to you when you call his name- very gentle
But never been to a show - a lot less experienced and more nervous of the two. He has come on loads and is the sweetest horse- will hang out with you for hours. He is the bigger of the two at 13.2hh already and should hit 14hh.

Which to sell which to keeep????????????????????????????/

well if i was looking for a youngster i'd want a gelded one so i suppose in that respect, the second would be easier, tho the first could be easily gelded, but i'd always look at geldings first.
tbh, it wouldnt bother me that much that the second didnt have much experiance, so i'd go for the second, but not much between them.x

i would sell the more confident one as he will be easier for a new owner to deal with and sounds as if he should make a good childs ride and be successful in the ring. i would want to keep the other one as it sounds as though he needs a more experienced person to complete his education....it also depends on which one you like dealing with the best.....:D

when i bought my new horse recently the folk i bought off were advertising two, mine and another, both did similar things but i preferred mine. so maybe advertise both and see what happens, tho could be quite a bit of work for you to manage. my sellers made it clear that one must go so i knew from the start. still, i'd go back to the fact if i was simply searching ads, i would only look at geldings.x

I prefer the sound of the 1st one.....so everyone is different!

I'd advertise both and let fate decide......

I was thinking of advertising both- how would you word the top intro line on an advert when there are two for sale??

If I was buying I would be more interested in the second one, just because Cob cross Appy sounds wonderful. But hey that’s just me.
