In celibration of me getting some extra hours at work, having a bit of money saved up and needing a bit of a cheer up, I've decided to get a new bridle for Jack! Only problem is, I have no idea what would suit him, or even where to buy.. He has a black saddle so I have the colour sorted but that's it!

He can have quite a cobby head (and it's definitely massive) but it all depends on the angle you are looking from, you see ;)

current bridle/noseband combo..

I've been looking on equestrian clearance but I just don't know?

Thanks for looking!

I like traditional style Hunter bridles on cobs as I think that they are the most flattering style. :)

This is the Collegiate one, but plenty of other makes do them too.

Flying solo, he does need it really  He spent a short period of time in a grackle but he looked like such an idiot :o

*tootles off to look at hunter styles..*

eta I was also thinking about adding a bit of this 'bling' that everyone seems to go on about on here. Nothing to major, but that would definitely look out of place on a hunter bridle!

I just bought new comfort bridle from evison equine...was very impressed. check out other reviews tho first...there are plenty

pretty sure they do a hunter noseband, would look lovely on him!!

How about a nice black Stubben bridle? You can have a flash and bling then if you so desire. They do all sorts of browbands now

I don't do bling, in fact it leaves me cold, but I do like quality - so my piebald cob has a black Stubben bridle, actually he has the makings of 3! One with a padded cavesson, a spare flash noseband and the bits to do a double :)
