Help me find a horse

i am looking for a friend of mine, and i am struggling to find any so wondering if anyone was bored at work if they could have a look.

we are looking for a horse to loan or buy (£1000) it has to be a safe weight carrier and must be in the south (preferable south east) minimum size is 14.2 age, breed irrelevant as long as safe. doesn't need to be a world beater just something they can have fun on.

What do you mean by weight carrier?? How much weight will it need to carry??
Friends got a TB for sale safe to hack etc still green in the school though as only 5, she wants 900 ono x.
