Help me find a horse :)

The horse isn't for myself but will be for my brother when we get to the uk, so specifications areeeee:

15.1hh - whatever
6-12 years old
Coloured
Sports cob type
All rounder but with a focus on jumping
Budget of £4000
Will be in Essex so preferably not TOO far away
Would prefer a gelding but if it's a mare it's not a deal breaker
