help me find info i cant find!!

there was a article in h & h last week i think about the new law on lorries and sideskirts and the height they had (or had not to be) off the floor, for its plating, i cant find the article anymore and need to print it off! anyone have a link to it?

if it helps i couldnt find it either.. how ever have a look on the sticky about horse boxes, theres an update bit of info from a member there..
