Help me identify this bridle?????

Does anyone know what this is? It seems to have a grackle nose band, but the grackle is attached to the bit. I have never seen anything like this before. Does anyone know what it is called?

A bit of googling and it seems to be a George Moore bridle, I thought it would be something used in racing but had never heard of it or seen one.

Says it keeps the bit up in the horses mouth and prevents "cocking" of the jaw.

Thankyou everyone for the replys, Never heard/seen of a George Moore bridle before but comparing it to this one they seem pretty much the same.
