Her name in her passport is Mercey, I thought it might mean something, but nope. Its just mercy spelt wrong! I obviously call her Bobbie. I'm going to get the name in her passport changed, shes got no recorded breeding so no breeder to upset and just looking at it sets my teeth on edge! Shes doing her first proper driving trial in August, so long as nothing else goes wrong between then and now that is, so I thought now was probably a good time to do it and have it as something a bit better than Bobbie. A choice I regret daily when everyone refers to her as him. For future reference, never give a butch mare a boys name!

This is the photo that probably sums her up the best. She loves to be cuddled and touched. Shes more dog than pony!

She is pretty, it is so difficult to name powerful butch mares. She is such a unique colour so I would lean towards something with blue in it. Blue Xanthos (Xanthos was a mare owned by a Greek giant.

Maybe tweak the passport name to Show No Mercy. That is a competitive name for a driving horse !

oh, well that makes more sense! I couldnt find anything and shes also described as a femail so I was inclined to think spelling mistake but maybe not!

Lawks-a-Mercy
Barbie - well it sounds very like Bobbie.
She looks like a Betty to me.

Honestly, I wish I had called her Betty. The YOs little daughter refuses to call her anything else and says its her real name. Im a bit late to change it again now though!
