Help! Moving to London Ahhhhh!

My OH and I work in London, but live on the South Coast, we love our jobs and don't want to transfer.

We are looking at moving to London or outskirts, preferable SW London down to M25 Leatherhead sort of areas.

House prices are shocking, but hey.

My question is this, I am currently in a super little yard in hants and want to find the same in London. The recent Horse attacks have scared me about the move though.

Does anyone know mice yards in SW london, leatherhead or surrounding areas? I am looking for a relatively small yard, a school, good hacking and if poss rubber matted stables.

Any information would be grateful. Thank you.

My friend lives in Banstead and has had horse on several yards round Sutton/ Epsom way. Is this too far? (Not good with London!!)

My boy is at a yard in Banstead and there's a box coming up soon....Epsom will cost you a small fortune....! PM me if you want more details.

There are quite a few yards around the Chessingotn area, between Leatherhead and London on the A3. One is called Manor farm although I don't know exactly where that is. I think B_G is in that area, and a user called Irish Dublin definitely is, but I don't think she comes on very often. I know about several yards in the Wimbledon/Kingston area of SW London, but none completely meet your requirements.

epsom will cost you more because the hacking there is excellent and varied compared with the restricted hacking at Banstead.
Depends on how much you value varied hacking v how much you are prepared to pay.
