15.1-16.2HH
sex not important
preferably not a cob, and if so only a lightweight cob
breed not really important
Preferably young (ish)
behavioural issues when ridden or on the ground not important as long as not too serious

Sorry guys. In reality she says she is looking to spend under £1000.
She says she doesnt want anything ready made she wants a project.
I would say she needs to up her budget slightly but thats just me
