help! my horses weaves constantly in the trailer!

i have a 15.2 tb type horse who is a bit of a stress head. he occasionally weaves in the stable if something is going on in the yard but when in the back of the trailer he goes for it full pelt! im worried bout his joints and tendons also how dangerous he is making the travelling as he does make the box move! is there any hope in stopping him or atleast slowing him down??
any tips any one?

Does he do it with a companion?

no hes fine with any company good as gold. but rarley have any company for him to have

Try a mirror, it works well for some horses.

One of mine does this and I'm yet to find a way of stopping it!

Except on the way back from a good days hunting, he's usually too tired then

I highly recommend a mirror. Jamin used to weave and box walk in her stable. It was so bad that on her vetting the vet was shocked as to how bad she was! I bought her a mirror and I'm sure she actually preferred her stable than the field. Her weaving and box walking immediately stopped. She used to make everyone down the stables laugh because she would stand nose to nose with her mirror for hours! It also made her cleaner in her stable too!

I bought mine from The Stable Mirror Company. They do the trailer mirrors too.
