Following on from my post on here the other night, first of all i would like to say a big thank you to all who posted replies.
After taking on board all of the comments i decided to first of all make it my priority tonight to spend some quality time with her as I was curious to see if perhaps i have maybe done something to cause her upset.
I brought her in and made a real fuss of her, took her rug off & gave her a good scratch from head to tail, she was really enjoying it, even started to groom me
I could not believe it, she was so different to the night before.
Even when it was feed time, i asked her to go back & she did, just like that, i did not need to tell her twice, she let me put the bucket down and walk away.
Thinking back to the other night, after playing it over & over in my head, I can only describe it as it was as if she threw some sort of tantrum at me as i was trying to get her to stretch, she wanted the bits of apple i was giving to her as a reward & was being frustated by me asking her to stretch for them?
The pawing at the bed could of been in frustration, my response to her actions was that i tapped her on the shoulder & said HEY, thus shocking her into swinging her bum towards me & her leg coming out to greet me
Do you think this is likely or could be at least possible, as i am still struggling to make sense of it, especially as she was different towards me again tonight
Just to be sure that there is also no underlying issues with regards to her being in any pain, i will arrange for her to be checked by the chiro a.s.a.p.
Thanks again all
