Hi, please could I get some advise from you guys here on the forum.
I am looking for a good farrier that comes to the Dannthorpe area, near Newark on Trent, Notts.
Could you recommend someone who is taking on clients and is good. Also what price do you pay here? I came from Norfolk and knew lots of farriers but don't really know anyone here?
Thank you in advance

Thank you re contacting sharon applewhite, I am at her yard, but are in the process of changing farriers, so any help is greatly appreciated.

Also thanks for the number, what was your farriers last name? Just so I can look him up.

Hi, can't remember his last name, but he trained in Leics with Luke Brown. I just used to call him baby farrier!

Wait - found him http://www.equestrianlifemagazine.com/Services Directory.html

He is the first one, think the number if different to the one I gave you too (well it was 3 years ago!)

Have also used the last one in these ads too, he is good as well :D

No, but would if I needed remedial - do you? :)

Mine is a characterful chap who's very 'traditional'! However, he's not let me down yet.

Sorry, should have quoted Martlin.

Nope, I don't use him either, was just curious, that's all :D
My farrier still comes to me from Staffordshire, I bribed him with bacon, sausages, good coffee and some diesel money when we moved over ;)
