HELP need a new yard - Newton Abbot - Ipplepen Area

Hi All im on the hunt for a new yard due to not being able to cope with my mare and my work on restricted turn out, looking for DIY Livery, grazing for a mare and gelding in Ipplepen / Newton Abbot area in South Devon does anyone know of anywhere with any spaces???......ideally small private yard i like to keep myself to myself .... would even consider renting a small yard if one became available ......

Must have all year round individual turnout.
Access to stable
24/7 turn out summer would be appreciated.
Must have school or local access to school.
Own bedding / hay accepted

Do you know srs riding school? Not suggesting there but they might know of something in the area. I've got a friend your way with horses doubt she is looking for livery but again she might know so will ask! Might take a day or two
