Help - need lorry battery before tomorrow morning!

sis has hunter trials tomorrow morning and the lorry battery has finally given up the ghost

So any ideas what type of battery I need, its a D reg ford cargo 813. Am at work and will have to go up at lunchtime to see if I can find out what type of battery it takes, but if anyone knows for definate what type of battery then I can go and get one without having to go to the yard, only get an hour for lunch

You can get one from countrywide (if you have one near you), get the one which is slightly larger than a car one for a cargo (mine is about the length of an A4 peice of paper). You can get a 12v battery but try and get one with a decent ampage (thats what my mechanic said is zapped when you start your lorry)

Just check before you get one which side your terminals connect on as your wires need to reach!!

Hope that all makes sense, us girlies are usless when it comes to stuff like this but I try and listen to my guy!!

You better check if it is a 12volt or a 24volt system as well.

Your battery will have acode on it like 088 which will identify it. Get exactly the same. Contact ATS or Stapletons both of which do commercial vehicles.

We have ATS Euromaster out to our lorries about 3x a week and they are good.
