Hi every1 , i need suggestions for a stallion to breed my mare to next season , im looking to breed a showjumper , the mare is a 3/4 bred shes by crossdrum spurs so shes coloured and has a very short pony stride so needs alot of movement put into her . im looking for a stallion with the movement of a dressage horse and the jump of a showjumper is there one out there? i was looking at Royaldik , something that moves like him but slightly bigger boned. any suggestions?

My other mare was covered by Corea and scanned infoal . Can't wait ,his sire is cor de la bryre ( beat i spelt that wrong)
and he jumped internationally with marcus beerbaum . but he wouldnt suit roxy ( mare im looking to cover next year)
colour would be a bonus but its not at the top of my list , conformation and ablility first as well as temperment .

what breed of showjumper are you looking for is it a warmblood or TB or I.D Type I expect the very least you will want is BSJA. if you need coloured we have TB 3/4 graded Chaps and grade C SJ who is half brother to international sj Sarah's Pride won Hoys Puissance and the cavan high jump 2003 then sold to the states.
The sire of them both was Captain Maverick known for producing jumpers as a friend of mine has also a coloured Gelding by him and she has made the riding club finals so the blood line is very consistant.
we are a stud based in North Yorks very good luck by the way

I've just used No Limit (Indoctro) at Whorridge Stud on my 3/4 bred mare. She's a good eventer who competed at Intermediate level. I wanted something that would put a more careful jump and a bit of movement into her. Looking forward to seeing what we get next year.

have a look at united coloureds stud's sempers spirit, he's homozygous and with your mare being coloured theres a 50% chance foal would be homozygous which would increase value, particularly if filly or if your not selling would be a really good addition to breeding programme. he is fully Graded as a Sporthorse in the Dressage section. really nice moving guy and jumps well too so might be worth a look.

We have an Approved Hanoverian Stallion "Don Aqui". He has competed in all three disciplines in Germany, including competing at the Bundeschampionate (Champs for Young Horses in Germany) in eventing. His stock are winning in both showjumping and eventing (including the Rheinland Young Showjumping Champion of 2008 and another who qualified for the 2008 Bundeschampionate in Eventing) . At his performance test he got 9 out of 10 for loose jumping, and he has lovely big movement.

If looking for an established SJer - have a look at the Brendons boys. Unbelievable Darco and Caretino Glory speak for themselves an dthe young stallions are awesome...with Warrior last week qualifying for the HOYS Foxhunter final....winning out of 90 starters!

billy be cool is sj bred being by Vechta and his dam was 5yr old champion in Holland. Have you thought of Billy Congo or Cevin z ?
