Sensible suggestions please?

Well you're an adult!, grow up, you've had one person say something you didn't like & you talk about fizzing her horse up to make her fall off & other ridiculous & vindictive things. Then you go on to say what a nice person you are?

Some of the things you are saying doesn't come from a 'nice person'. So someone on your yard doesn't appear to like you, so what, come out of your fluffy pink world & get in touch with real life .

Take no notice of this woman and politely remind her that there is nothing wrong with a camel, there very good at dressage

She'll soon quit her game when you don't bite back.

Slightly concerned that you even thought about gettting your own back...have a word with yourself, thinking it is just as bad as doing it.

Don't let this woman poison your mind into doing stupid things, be mature and get on with your own business, doesn't matter if she is throwing insults at a beautiful 5* eventer or a happy hacker with the worst confo in the world, at the end of the day its someone's horse.

Now go and enjoy your camel.

That video is brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!

wbht - If you are really genuine then im very surprised about your post. Competing at international level i would have thought you would have come across a lot of jealously whilst competing. On livery yards im afraid its quite common for jealousy and for someone not to like you. I think the things you have posted like wanting to `fizz` the ladies horse up shows great amount of immaturity which is surprising for someone who was posting for adult help!

For a grown man you really need to grow up a bit and not let such petty things wind you up. And i really hope your ideas were just you joking because i would be disgusted with anyone who would do those kinds of things to some ones horse!

Sounds like out and out jealousy to me.. I would rise above it and be pleasant to the lady but not overly chatty, I would work twice as hard to show he exactly what my "camel" can do.

Welcome to HHO

If this post is genuine then just ignore her!
I know some people high and mighty, think they can ride anything. Put them on a bucker and their out the front door straight away!
Its fun

Are you REALLY a qualified, registered nurse?

I am.... and I sincerely hope you are not, as I find some of your comments extremely alarming.....

I would have thought, as an adult and as a nurse you would be able to cope with a dirty look and a snide comment......good grief, before my current cushy-number job I used to have to be in charge of a very busy city centre A+E department....and frankly - on a friday or saturday night if someone gave me a mucky look and made comment about my horses conformation, then that would be the least of things to worry about or get to me.......and I certainly wouldn't be plotting stupid ways to do them harm.

Get a grip for gods sake.......Oh, and as previously advised....grow a pair.

So we have a 26yo International showjumper on a diy yard?
Has a 17.2hh horse at the shoulder?
Works nights as a nurse (must have some serious sponsorship) and competes in the mornings (low level classes?)
Doesn't seem to know that Barley is far more effective at heating horses than oats?
Reverts to chav talk towards end of post (the truth will out).

I'll have some of the goat curry please
