don't worry it took me ages to work it out.........
I have my photo's stored on photobucket and just use the img link when posting piccies on this forum ( just copy and paste )

Put them on a photobucket site and then past the IMG link on here

Do you have a photobucket account? If you do, copy & paste the IMG code onto the forum reply box.
If you want to post a picture from the web right-click on the photo and left-click on 'properties', then copy the 'address (URL)'. Next click the picture button above the forum reply box and paste into it.
