please can any one help the question is :-

Legal requirements in relation to the number of horses in transport ??

i really dont get it !!

are there any legal reqiurements to the number of horses you can take ?

I do not have a clue, but have you tried looking at the DEFRA web site? Presumably it so many for a set amount of space, so that they have x amount of space each.

HAve at look and also think about legality of vehicle
for example, not only space, partitions, accompanying grooms and relevant Certificate of Competance, jounrey timeand disatnce, if for commerical purposes, etc.
All on the DEFRA site

Also the weight carried.For example, 2 cobs or large horses may put a small lorry into illegal , or 3 or 4 on a 3 or 4 stall large lorry.

Is this for your NVQ level 3 If so what exactly is the question as I have done this so I can look to see what I put.
