I am selling my gorgeous gelding who is 15.3hh and 15yo. I have him on H+H but seem to put people off when I say he is strong in canter. He is absolutely brilliant in every way, doesn't buck, rear, bite or kick and has won numerous ridden classes and championships. He hacks on his own and in company but can be strong in canter both on a hack and in the school. I am no Hercules, 5ft 7 and slim build and have no problems but as soon as I mention it, people don't want to know. With advertising laws the way they are I'm not going to lie but what do people expect?!! Is there a nicer way of saying it?

Though he's strong in canter, does he come back to you okay? If he does then you can qualify your comment, which will make him much more interesting I would have thought :) You could say he's forward going, but comes back to the rider (if that's the case! lol). And follow it up with some other positive comment about him.

If he's so good at everything else you need to focus on all those good bits rather than that one possibly bad bit :)
