Help needed with verterinary survey

Hello, I am a final year student at the Royal Veterinary College. I am doing my elective project on peoples attitudes towards equine amputations and prosthetics. I require people to answer a quick survey, after which you will be emailed a short information pack and asked to complete a second short survey. It wont take long and I would be extremely greatful as this project simply won't work without your help!

wow, thats really interesting, i've never heard of that sort of thing on horses before.
Is is effective then? I am interested in being an equine physio specialising is post op injuries, so this is really interesting for me, never heard of this before!
