my mums horses has been running off toward the jump then going completely wrong. she has had an operation on her bak for kissing spine and is now should be fully recovered-she was doing really well untill about a month ago. we decided to lunge her and see her movement and we fgound that she loses her back end in canter and almost falls over. she hasnt been showing this when my mum rides her but i think its because she has the support. we have gone back to basics with her to try and fix the problem but does anyone have anymore suggestions on what can be done to try and fix this problem??

TBH you probably need
- vet check (as clearly there is a physical rather than schooling problem here)
- exercise plan based on outcome of above.

There are lots of ppl on here who have rehabilitated post-op KS horses but without actually seeing yours they'll only be able to talk in general terms.

urgent vet and backman check, NO work until this has been sorted, and be prepared for the problem to have resurfaced - it's quite common with KS. Personally, I wouldn't attempt to jump a horse that had a history of KS
