Hi all, I am looking to purchase an equestrian property and need some help with my business plan. I know the market that I am after but was wondering what people are prepared to pay and what they expect for it in the Vale. I am looking to offer full, part, schooling, hunting, re-hab livery. The facilities are an indoor school (30mx 20m), outdoor school (40m x 20m), covered horse walker, play pen, all weather gallop, individual paddocks, 15min quiet hack on quiet lanes to forestry, close to M4 via easy accessible lanes. I am also of thinking of offering professional riders opportunity to rent a few stables to use as their base instead of renting their own yard. What would they be willing to pay?
