11 isn't old or even getting old.

But if there are other reasons to sell, then fair enough.

Can you give us a good old description????

yesi know she not old probly could keep goin till she about 20.
sje has not different shoes on and they will no cost £70 -£90 ever 5 weeks coz of her having a low heal.
Dont know if this is the right way be
she a 16.3 hh dark bay mare
Dutch warmblood x Hanoverian By broadstone west country
cant be jumped coz of her feed vet thinks it come make her go lame but no sure but can do everything else
i have done all dressage with her for the past 4 years have owned her.
anything do i need to put

11 !! Still a baby compared to my boy - 26yrs young!! Wouldn't sell cos of age, if other reasons then fair enough but not the age .............

i think this coz i am only small 5`4 and has small legs i am sooo gutted dont want to sell her but it no fair on keeping her just coz she a really good horse and her breeding.
going to think about the next few days and have a word with the vet about the shoeing coz i really dont thing she needs the pads under the shoes. No-one is goin to buy her then they see the price of the shoes are they ?

I dont understand. You say your not good enough to bring her on yet you want to buy another to bring on???
Sorry to be blunt, but it sounds to me like your fed up because she can't jump, 11 certainly isnt old and if you are honest it has nothing to do with why you want to sell her.
There is nothing wrong with selling a horse if it is not capable of doing what you want to do BTW.

If you feel she is too big for you thats fair enough, but if you have had her for 4 yrs you must have been ok at some point, manybe you are shrinking like me LOL.

If you dont want her anymore you dont have to justify it, regarding size though, Im 5ft 5 and have a 16.2hh and a 17.3hh and feel fine, but it depends on what you are comfortable with.

If you want a younger horse then that is fine but 11 isnt old, our black one is 18 and still going strong!
