HElP, new yard needed

A long story which I will try to cut short! The yard I rent and run as livery has been sold along with the house. My rental agreement runs out in 2010 so off to solictor in a min to see if the new buyers have to houner the agreement of if they can just turf us out. The guy who is selling lied to my face last night tellimg me it was not under offer, then phoning me at 8.30pm a hour after I had spoken to him telling me he had just spoken to the estate agent and a offer had been made - I knew estate agents work long hours but 8.30pm and surley the estate agent would have phoned him to see if he would eccept the offer before he put under offer on the website!!!

But I am also know looking for a yard 6/8 stables about 13/15 acre, sandschool, based in or around Crowborough,Uckfield, Rotherfield east sussex

Any ideas?
 
You never know. The new owners may want you to say.. And Im not sure about the contract but he has effectivly broken it so you should get some rectification..

In exactly the same position - Have put wanted ads in all local tack shops, feed merchants.

Asked every vet, farrier, physio etc that has stepped foot on the yard and have come up with a few.

Get the word around.....
