I feed eggs raw with shells. There's a great sticky at the top of the forum.
There's a lot of information on another forum called Petforums which has comprehensive information and Cinnamontoast, Oberon (Oberbaubles?!) and KarynK are very helpful on here. I think there is also a raw-feeding Yahoo group.

My 24kg (ish) sibes get roughly 3% of their bodyweight a day of raw food, somewhere between 700g and 800g. I say roughly because I don't weigh it, I feed by eye, if they're getting a bit fat they get a bit less for a few days, if they've done a lot of work that week they get a bit more.

In the stickied thread at the top of the forum I'm fairly sure I posted examples of typical meals and a cost breakdown if that helps you at all.

They cope absolutely fine with raw bones including poultry; I also give large weight bearing bones, which some won't agree with because of the potential for breaking teeth, but mine have never had an issue and the effect on their teeth is unsurpassable.
