Help - on how much please

how much do you think my mare is worth?

16.2hh 7 year old ISH mare.
she is kind and genuine, loves to please and is easy to do in every way.
She is the sort of horse you could trust to look after you out on a days hunting!
totally uncomplicated, bold jump. she jumps all fillers, hedges, ditches etc off any stride and will always help her rider and sort herself out!
snaffle mouthed all disciplines
suitable for any rider. she has plenty of ability for competive rider but will also look after novice/ nervous rider.

Oh I really like her. Im afraid being in ireland ive no idea what she would be worth in the UK, but she looks a really really nice sort. has she any competition experience?

She looks a smashing sort to me. I've no idea of current prices at the moment. I suppose about 18m ago when I was looking I would expected to have paid around £6k to £7k for her depending on what competition experience she has.

I would say at least 6-7k..
what track does she jump? does she have the abiltity to BE/BD/BSJA? these things may boost the price a bit more.

I think it can also depend on where youre based, look at horses for sale in youre area and compare.

No, she has no comp experience as she has only hunted with previous owner. however i did school her round a newcomers track which she popped easily!

I was thinking of advertising her for 6k does that sound about right?

A friends advertised a similar horse for £7950 and is getting a fair few enquiries. However, he is only 15.2hh and 6, so I would advertise yours at about £6750 and accept offers
