Yes most likely! There is a girl near me here in Ireland has lots of lovely TBs for sale. She retrains them.

I got a wonderful TB from a private home - the seller was an ex point to point jockey who had been given him by a trainer friend. My advice would be look for something that is younger but has proven too slow. Mine was too slow but very calm so would nanny the babies. If they are older and have raced for a few years they will have a lot of wear and tear.

There are a couple of dodgy dealer facebook pages which have a lot more posts about good and bad dealers and also outright scammers from African countries which are proliferating atm worth joining at least one.
