help picking bridle and matchy matchy

Help, am awful at picking things out, what do you think would suit him. He has been subject to my mares hand me downs lol and want to get him new bridle and matchy matchy saddle pad and boots

Is he a connemara? He looks really sweet. I had a dun connemara and I really liked him in baby blue.

Re bridles it depends on your budget; my everyday bridles are kieffers which wear pretty well. My competition ones are a mix of Albions/Passier/Jeffries depending on horse/discipline.
 
Hopefully dna testing will prove he is full Connie:) I dont really have a budget, would rather buy stuff that will last!

I now have a 14.2hh (grey) connemara and he is in a cob kieffer bridle; sizing was weird as he has a short but fat face but the cob size just fits. I have the same bridle for another one of horses and it has been in virtual everyday use for 8 yrs and still looks good (and I rarely strip clean my bridles). I find the hardest bit to fit is the noseband as it just isn't big enough (but then the cheekpieces are super long on bigger bridles).
