During the summer my boy is out at night and brought in during the day, to avoid flies etc (and to make it easier for me!) The trouble is that I have noticed he won't pee in the stable - and as he can be in from 7am to 5pm that can't be very comfortable for him!
He was stabled at night over the winter and everything was normal - since then he has moved down the row of stables, but his new stable is still the same size etc. I have tried more bedding, less bedding etc (he has rubber matting too) but no success - he is on his own during the day, but can see other horses out of his window in the field just below him. He doesn't sweat up, call to the others or get stressed in any way during the day - any ideas please?!
