Help please- Livery yards between Bristol and Bath

Hi all,

I need your help guys, I am looking for a livery yard between Bristol and Bath with all year turnout on flatish ground, an outdoor school and room to store lorry/trailer.

I would rather somewhere that does DIY or part livery rather than full livery..

Meadows at Bitton have an indoor and all year turnout, although I think they have a wait list, PM if you would like the number
There's Cann Lane in Oldland Common but this is a very big yard and I don't think they are turned out in the winter
Would Wick, Doynton, Hinton area be too far??
(I live in the outskirts of Bristol but go to school in Bath and it's equal time from both to get to Doynton)

Ummm...not sure about vacancies but what about Hamswell or Toghill farm, I have a feeling they have restricted turnout but it is year round.

For a little more (how shall I say it...) basic theres 15 Acre in Bitton

Ditto what monkeybum said about south west equestrian!! But we have no space at the Meadows and quite a long waiting list

lovely yard, slightly out of your search area but not much. Not sure of current waiting list. Do assisted DIY or normally happy to cater a package for your needs. Ticks all your boxes on facilities/turnout etc.

Vale Hollow may be a little too far off your route, its up on the Mendips rather than Bath/Bristol.

Thanks so much for your replies, I was looking more around the Keynsham-chewmagna area if poss. I think I know Tabs yard and it would be a def consideration if it was only a bit closer for me..

South-west equestrian isnt that bad...i used to work there, its run by his dad now as 'lee' has scarpered. its got okay facilites but fields did use to get water logged.

the reason i stopped was because of my SATS in yr nine. i am looking to re work there but i would let what you heard bout the owner put you off....if you want anyother info bout SWE then let me know. im willing to tell you the honest truth!

I think there is also one Nr stockwood, Keynsham ran by someone called Claire Richards or Richardson which seemed very nice, and also they is one at Norton Marleward that I think I have a tel no for if you pm me?
