We are nearing the end of the diy construction. Today most of the membrane was laid, glued and taped. One load of sand has been tipped and levelled. The problem I noticed tonight was on some areas which haven't got sand on yet there are a few stones poking up under the membrane. Should I ignore them and continue to cover them with the sand? Should I hit them with a hammer in an attempt to squash them? Or should I cut the membrane take out the offending stones and patch up the membrane? It has cost a lot of money to construct and I dont want it spoiled not by leaving this problem unsolved. Or am I worrying about nothing.
