Help please need a Horse share/ riding agreement/ contract?

Does anyone have a sample or know where I can get one??
Just want one which outlines do's and don't's, expectations, what my horse is allowed to do and basically says if you fall off you can't sue me.

Hiya,
I'm in a part loan (well more like an unofficial full loan now) but when I first started the 'contract' (get a written one! We only ever had verbal but we've been very lucky) stated;
2 days a week, £10 p/w.
Mucking out, riding, grooming, water, nets and feeding to be done. I could jump (watch for the bucks!), hack alone/in company (but I had to be careful as he bronced in open spaces) and school.
Show dates - I could take him with them, should I want to. I rang his owner at the end of each day I had him to keep her updated.
That was about it really - oh and add that rider must have their own insurance! There's a rider policy which covers the horse under their control

Stipulate days, money and outline your horse's character eg, if they don't like something etc and accompany them for the first few weeks until you feel comfortable.

Look for the BHS loan contract and rearrange that to your needs
