don't know, but surely the number on the article could tell you Has the horse been located? I remember seeing this when it happened, I hope the horse is/has been found

pretty sure this was in the stolen horses forum and if I remember correctly, it wasn't the owner who posted this.

I would call Surrey Police they will have it on record still with owners details. Or crimestoppers if you want to remain anomonous

I found the thread but can't post link.
Go to stolen part of forum and do a search "stolen tilford" and it comes up with the thread. It gives a contact no fo someone at staff college hunt who may still have the owner details.

Perhaps someone can post th e link.
