Help please! passport/ID sketch/ BS

Isn't there one in your passport? Occasionally (some imported horses - usually Dutch) there isn't in which case you need to get the vet out to complete one.

He's from Italy..nothing is easy and straight forward in this household :rolleyes: :D But have managed to find the one the vets from Italy gave us. Do the vets have to complete it (drawings etc) or am I supposed to complete it and then the vets just sign and stamp it?
 
I'm not quite sure I understand what you've got. Do you mean his passport itself or some other form. No vet will sign anything yo0u've filled in - they need to do it themselves.

Has he got a passport with a drawing filled in or not?

It's in the passport, had to dig around in there and have a look! Sorry for the confusion. Do I call a vet to come out and fill it in?
 
So you've got a passport but with no picture filled in? In that case, yes, you do need to get a vet out to do it.
