help please - vaccine record

hi, we moved house this year and mislade our horses passports, so hsve just recently applied for new ones. however, i take one of my horses with me 2 uni in a few weeks and have to show his vaccine record - obviously his new passport wont have this , wat do i do>can i get vets to print off and sign his record?

Ask your vet, they should do, mine did for my dogs when I lost their vaccination record

The vet should be able to copy & sign the history into the new passport. If previous vacinations have been done by a vet who is no longer with the practice another vet can from that practice can sign the record. If the horse has been vacinated by more than one practice you will have to get the details from each one.

ok thanks, was starting to panic that we would be turned away at uni!!
