Only in generous Full or XF! Cannot find anything anywhere near the quality/ thickness - I've looked at the Quillin ones but they don't appear to be padded?

Any suggestions? Needs to be a minimum of 1" thickness (plus padding).
I don't mind expensive - just needs to be good quality and HEAVY leatherwork.

You could try Gibsons of Newmarket. They should have a great range of stallion strength leatherwork which is basically what you are asking for or they would be well able to make you one..

Get one made for you. Our local harness maker is incredibly reasonably priced and the quality/workmanship is far superior to anything I can buy in a tack shop/mail order, which often is more expensive.

I have given in and contacted Quillin and they are doing me a Stallion headcollar with the nose and brow padded.....fingers crossed as even with the brilliant exchange rate $ to £ it ain't cheap!!!
