A local riding club is doing dressage competitions in different sections this year, so natives/traditional cobs/warmbloods etc all have their own sections. My mare is thought to be a part bred connie but not 100% sure. What would I enter her in?

At a guess I'd say a native class. Feel free to ignore this suggestion because showing isn't something I'm knowledgeable about.

Dressage in breed/type sections, not showing. Thank you though

You really need to clarify how they are splitting the sections and read the rules they are using to split them because to me from the ones you have listed your mare would not be able to do any because she is not a registered native, not a trad cob and while technically she is a warmblood I am not sure she is the type they mean.
They should have a section for unregistered, unknown or part bred so everyone can take part as I guess they are trying to give most people a chance on a more level playing field but may not realise they are possibly excluding many with their list if it is too restrictive.

Its a weird way to do it. I guess they have seen the BD classes for traditionals etc, but they have a much bigger membership than a riding club. Hopefully they have a more relaxed set of criteria!
