Help! Pony won't leave others!

My pony will not leave other ponies in a group lesson, he will do a mini rear and spin around to the back of the ride or if the other horses are bundled together while I go and jump a mini coarse he will sharply spin around and won't budge, in a way he is dangerous and he's like a tank and could cause chaos among the other horses an it's so annoying! He won't go anywhere without a lead pony. Anyone got anyideas?

sounds like he is napping the best person to offer you advice on this would be an instructor as you say its hapening in lessons :)
