Help Required

Come October through to April I will need help bringing my horses in from the field at approx 4pm monday to friday. All I require is for somebody to lead one horse whilst I lead the other. I can't leave one in the field on it's own as it will charge around and they don't lead well together plus I have to negotiate a small gateway. It will only take approx 15 mins of a persons time and I am prepared to pay. Nothing else is required. What would you say would be a reasonable amount to give somebody for this?

my mate charges 2.50 for a bring in but she has horses at the yard... maybe harder if you have to get someone to travel...

can you not make a holding pen or wouldnt that work?

I agree about the pen thing.

Also, I would pay someone about £2,50 as said. Although i would do it for free if i was close and able to do it.

Thanks for your replies. £2.50 is the figure I had in mind. the reason I need help is because the field is down a lane and out of sight of the yard. Dont know if a holding pen would actually work. I am hoping to get some keen horse mad person who lives near by. I will advertise locally and see what response I get.
