Help - Seller Not answering Calls

Hoping I am getting anxious over nothing but here goes.
Horse viewed, deposit placed, price agreed subject to vetting
Vetting has gone ahead, all good, spoke to seller confirmed sale going ahead and now cant get hold of them, as of 2pm today its been 48 hours and with no contact - I have called, and text and whatt's app'd.
My positive side says, they are just busy competing
My negative side is I am getting concerned they have changed their mind, and can they do this when a price has been agreed and deposit paid ?

With a receipt you can chase them up on it. But if they’re being tricky could have to take them to small claims

I am already doing that with the one from Ireland - its bloody awful

Ive had this twice now with sellers changing their minds ?In this day and age noone is away from their phone that long but I hope I'm wrong. You should get the deposit back though...

I was going to go new horse shopping this afternoon - Hope Saddlery was calling my name but until i get an answer i am putting those plans on hold.

Get someone else to contact them pretending to be inquiring about the horse. This will give you a bit more info about what's going on.

Ah no! You must be gutted. I’d say stay positive though. If they are busy and as far as they are concerned the hire is sold it’s all going ahead they may be away for the weekend or something perhaps.
Really hope they get in touch.

Not until the 1.9.24 - Bloody typical I am booked into all areas of the UK for the next 2 weeks, and really want to be their everyday when he first arrives - he is staying on livery for the next 2 weeks - great yard and lovely people,
