Hi there, I have a lovely youngster who is turning 3 and about to be backed but I'm a little confused about what audience to sell him to.
I originally bought him as a teeny foalie to keep but due to a change in circumstances I no longer have time for him and my other horse. So, he has gone out on loan to a friend to be backed etc.

I'm not sure how to market him to his best advantage? He was bred at Leckhampstead Wharf Stud and is British Warmblood by Dexter IV. He's very smart looking, chestnut with a white blaze & sock and moves nicely. He was bred for showing (show hunter type) but I originally wanted to showjump or dressage him. Now he's nearly matured he is little and a bit dainty, and will not make more than 15hh (currently 14.3 and a half!) so wondering whats the best market to aim him at? As an all rounder? Or for showing? Or what? He's unblemished and clean limbed.

Not knowing much about showing, i don't want to market him wrongly and spend tons on advertising fees and not sell!

I'm just a little confused!

He soulds like the type of horse that will appeal to quite a few audiences.
Currently obviously he is a project, with potential to become an allrounder. that is what I would advertise him as.

Oh yeah I didn't even think of adding pics! Will get some once we've pulled his mane etc! He is deffo a project at present, but I don't want him to go to a project home ie bought and sold in quick succession - he is currently in one on loan! I'd like him to go to someone who wants a youngster to bring on and keep for longer than say 6 months!
