Help ! Sizing of Shires v Dublin Jackets

Please help, spotted a Shires jacket on ebay that seems a good buy but I'm not sure on which size to get.

The Dublin size 40 fits fine but I don't know whether the Shires come up the same size, small or big in comparison.

If anyone can help I'd be very grateful.

My Dublin jacket is a small and is about the same size as my extra small shires one, so think that would mean Shires come up bigger.

i always find dublin can be a little small fitting...so i would go for the bigger size

In my experience as a Shires stockist in Norway, I find Shires clothing comes up small so order a size bigger to be on the safe side IMO.
