THIS IS NOT A JOKE im crying at this moment :/

i dont know if this is the right place but anyone?
thanks

I think you need to speak to your Mum or Dad. If you have a bad stomach pain could be anything but appendicitis (sp) springs to mind. Hope you feel better soon.

I went through a period of feeling like that a few years back, and i found anti depressants really helped me, along with therapy.. do you know what it specifically that you are anxious about

First of all take a few deep breaths and calm yourself down.

You have to go to see the doctor, I know it's hard at your age but you must go.

If your stomach is very sore it may be acid related - this is tremendously painful but very easily treated with tablets.

Chances are it is nothing more serious than panic attacks - they cause all sorts of nasty symptoms.

Try not to allow your imagination to get the better of you in the mean time.

its everwhere tho not just the one side :/

If there's no-one at home to speak to have a look on here: NHS Direct

If you're still worried call them on 0845 4647.

As for the dying thing. I suspect it's quite normal at around your age to start thinking of things like this. However statistically it would be unlikely that you WILL die at any time soon.

Ring your mum or dad at work then. My son is your age and I would expect him to ring me if he was in pain and I would be very upset if he didnt. I would be home in a flash.

I some times feel really down when I think of death. The first feeling I get is like a stone has been dropped down into my stomach, and sometimes it really hurts. I make myself feel better by having a hug of either OH, my dog, my cat or my horse. If your stomach still hurts I would talk to a GP, if you feel brave tell him about your feelings. (I've never been brave enough.)

Maybe you have a stomach bug or something you have eaten?

Try rubbing your stomach (in case its trapped wind) but do it for about 10 minutes to try and ease it, this can really help sometimes.

Call one of your parents?

You need to speak to someone little Miss. Have you a neighbour or family member nearby who can come round? You cant be that far away from a phone can you? We on here cant physically help you and if you are in so much pain then you need to do something about it now and quick.!!

but you can type? get on the phone to someone!

exactly what i was thinking. If it's really that bad then phone somebody i.e your parents, doctor NHS. As helpful as people can be here i'm sure nobody can treat medical problems through a computer screen

Has any thing happened to you lately a fall or has this just suddenly come on, email a friend or one that is on a chat line..I am taking it for granted you are a girl..

Your parents would surely come home from work if you are poorly???? Ring one of them to let them know and if you feel a little better then thats good. You really as a family should have a plan in place if you are on your own whilst they are out at work all day.

Hey, I'm 16, I've been suffering with anxiety for some time, and I know, I get the whole stressed about dying thing, especially with riding :L I had terrible sleep problems, I couldn't get over the fact that people just die, that your heart could just give out any moment and that would be the end! It made me feel really panicy! But I now feel a lot calmer and more relaxed with life, just try not to think about depressing things like that, and instead try to value the positives in life, see everything glass half full - having a positive outlook and frame of mind has really helped me. I usually have a chamomile tea before I go to bed, and listen to some calming music to try and make myself relax. I've found if you can get to bed early in a relaxed frame of mind and get a good nights sleep, you're much less likely to feel anxious.

Talk to your parents about the anxiety, I think it's normal for people our age anyway, most of my friends have experienced similar anxious thoughts! I think it's just part of growing up, when you're a kid you don't think or know much about bad stuff that happens in the world, and when you're a teenager you start being exposed to it, and sometimes it's hard to deal with.

Now, if your stomach is really hurting, it is probably just anxiety, I get headaches and stomach pains when I'm anxious or scared, but to be on the safe side I would ring/text your parents, and then ring the NHS direct, there number is 0845 4647. When you ring them they put you through to a nurse or doctor who you describe your symptoms to and they can give you medical advice over the phone.

Try and relax, take deep breaths, and think positively. If I were you, I'd go make myself a cup of tea/hot chocolate, make some toast and go and watch a disney movie! Always makes me feel better. Sending you lots of virtual hugs to feel better soon! But I would make sure you ring someone, be it parent, brother/sister/friend, or doctor, just to check it's nothing serious.

Haha when I'm feeling really really scared and worried and theres no-one around, I listen to this:

I don't know why it just makes me feel reassured lol.

HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER SOON :) x

You need to phone your parents. I know it hurts right now, but if you can concentrate to type, you can probably make yourself go get the phone. Perhaps your parents can reach a neighbour to take you to the doctor?

In the meantime:
1. are you expecting your period? Sometimes the pain can be bad enough to make you faint, but it's not serious. Combination of 2 ibuprofen or paracetamol, hot coffee, and a hot shower should help.
2. if not, where in your belly is it located? High up? In your abdomen? If it's acid-related (and that can hurt awfully, I have problems with that) then lying down will not help. A combination of antacids such as tums or gaviscon, soda or warm water or peppermint tea, and possibly 2 paracetamol (take before the antacids, but NOT ibuprofen) may help.
3. if it's none of the above, then you really need to arrange to see a doctor. Best call NHS Direct (can get the number off internet) and explain that you're a minor home alone. They have nurses that will talk to you to give you professional advice, and will know what to do about your situation.

I hope you feel better soon. It can be very very scary being home alone and in pain.

EDITED: in the time I took to type this, lots of replies...see that you've figured out what's wrong. :) Take a hot shower to relax!
