Help- Soaking pellets

First time soaking these pellets, are they supposed to look like that!?

Not sure what they are to start with but are not cereal/seed free thats for sure Grass nuts soake lok like green sludge basically almost liquid

Im from Romania and it’s not found in England I don’t think , pegus classic horse feed.

I think those whole grains are barley? In that case the consistency is fine I think.
But those ingredients aren't great , but if you are in Romania and you can't get anything else then I guess it's fine. But if you are in the UK, there are loads of products available with better ingredients.

I have tried searching everywhere, I’m trying to get better feed but there isn’t really anything available :( Good news is I am moving to England this summer for college so will have better feed then at least lol! I’ll have to try and work with what’s available for now, she does get supplements with her feed though so It’s not that bad.
