Help! Strange dog behaviour

My JRT bitch is acting really strange. I came home from work at lunchtime and she was really clingy and tonight she is climbing all over me as if she is scared of something. The other dog is fine. Any ideas as she looks really unsettled bless her. I can't think of anything that might have happened between this morning and lunchtime.

No. She's eating fine and has been spayed so not in season.

Could there have been a thunderstorm, or some other loud noises that would have upset her?

No thunderstorms that I can think of. Unhelpful OH said she may have seen a ghost! Only thing that occurred to me is we have a catflap in the back door so that they can go to the loo when we are out. Is it possible that something came in due to the heavy rain?

How old is she and does she have a history of seizures/epilepsy, I ask because j.r.t's are one of the more common to suffer epilepsy and indeed after a seizure you would/can commonly see this type of clingyness in a dog, otherwise I would guess as others have maybe a disturbance whislt you have been out.

She's 2 in June. No history of epilepsy. She seems fine again now. Very strange though.
