hi i have just bought a 16.2 4 year old. and things were great for a few weeks but recently i have got into old habbits and my hands are all over the place and this is majorly effecting everything i do on the left rein and my horse is now a lot weaker on the left side, so is there any suggestions on how i can strengthen up her left side and how i can improve my riding with excercises to work for both of our problems. please help thanks !!x
